Serviced Injectors Warranty Policy:
Since we do not alter or replace the injector internal components during the Cleaning/Testing, serviced injectors do not come with a warranty.
To ensure satisfying results, we will thoroughly assess each serviced injector prior to shipping through intensive testing methods.

 

New Injectors Limited Warranty Policy:
The warranty period is 1 year from the date you purchased a product, and covers manufacturer defects only. 
If you failed to take the proper measures or ignored warnings about installation, use or maintenance, a product will not be covered under warranty. This limited warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages.

 

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order any time prior to a shipping.

 

Liability Policy:
Toronto Injectors does not assume liability for any special or consequential damages, and will not cover any costs that arise from the removal, installation or use of the serviced fuel injectors.
We highly recommend consult a service manual or hire a trained professional for the removal or installation of the fuel injectors.

 

Not Serviceable Injector Policy:
We do not charge a full service fee for injectors that are not serviceable.
$20 Fee will be applied for the Pre-cleaning, Electrical and Flow Tests.
Rest of the payment will be returned to your account.

 

Return Policy

You can return a product for up to 7 calendar days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in its original unaltered condition and in the original packaging.
Request for return that not enclosed in above conditions, will be assessed on its merits and will subject to minimum 25% re-stocking charge.
 

Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 calendar days.
Any refunds will be for the actual price paid, less any shipping, handling and PayPal charges, and less re-stocking charge if applicable.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs paid for return are nonrefundable.
